About the trainer: Justin Caffrey

Justin Caffrey is one of Europe’s leading minds in resilience, mindset and meditation for effective living. 

He has built and sold multiple million Dollar businesses and has been voted the All Ireland All Star in Personal Development for 2019 & 2020. He was the youngest person at the age of 21 to lead a banking team in London where he learned his craft. By the age of 23, he established his first business and the next 20 years would see him build and sell multiple complex businesses around Europe.

He has been featured extensively on podcast platforms, newspapers and radio programs.

Losing his second son in 2011 led Justin on a path of personal discovery to the East. He wanted to heal from PTSD and find a way of living that would bring greater harmony and peace to his life.
